Article 3 – Prices and terms of settlement

Article 4 – Date Change and Cancellation

In case of change of date within less than three days before the expected date of tasting, compensation of 30% of the booking amount will be required.
4.2 In case of cancellation of the reservation until 15 days before the scheduled date of tasting , no fee will be retained and the total amount paid to the booking will be refunded via PayPal .
In case of cancellation of the reservation between 15 days and 3 days before the scheduled date of the tasting , a compensation of 30% of the booking amount will be CUPS . 70% of the amount paid for the booking will be refunded via PayPal .
In case of cancellation within less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled date of the tasting , the amount paid on booking is fully due and no refund will be made.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to pay penalties except , where applicable , the cost of return . The period runs from the date of receipt of the goods or the acceptance of the offer for services. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday , a Sunday, a public holiday fériou day , it is extended until the next business day.
Article 6 – Responsibilities
Wine Tasting In Paris reserves the right to cancel a tasting session in the event of force majeure and such cancellation shall not incur liability.
The tasting session involve the active participation of customer. The latter agrees to be vigilant and to comply with health and safety directions given by Wine Tasting in Paris , for the success of the session .
Wine Tasting in Paris can not be held responsible for damage to person or property customer at the meeting .

Article 7 – Property

Article 1- Purpose

Article 2 -Booking of The Event
Upon acceptance of the quotation by the customer , it is required to pay a deposit , the amount will be mentioned in the quotation , according to the constraints of booking the place where the Event takes place . The deposit payment must be made no later than 15 calendar days before the Event. The deposit is due, even if subsequent cancellation of the event , under the conditions set out in section 6 below .
Booking the event to the Customer shall be final upon receipt of the deposit. This gives rise to a receipt written by Wine Tasting in Paris (including e -mail , or letter ) before the deposit payment confirmation , the booking of the event is only temporary . A late payment may result in the postponement of the Event . Wine Tasting in Paris can not be held responsible for the delay .

Article 3 – Rates and method of payment
Events prices are expressed in euros before tax.
The settlement of payments and balance of the price is made by bank transfer or by check made payable to WTIP .
Checks must be denominated in euros drawn on a bank domiciled in France or Monaco .
Under the law of August 4, 2008, any amount not paid 30 days after the Event results , without prior notice , to pay interest penalties for late payment at a rate of three times the legal rate.
Article 4 – Changing the number of participants
Upon acceptance of the quotation by the customer, any change in the number of participants in the Event is subject to the following conditions:
Any reduction in the number of participants, provided after booking on the event and the payment of the deposit by writing to Wine Tasting In Paris will not give rise to a decrease in the price accepted by the customer during the approval of the estimate.
Any increase in the number of participants communicated in writing to Wine Tasting In Paris less than five calendar days before the day of the Event is subject to express Wine Tasting In Paris agreement based home opportunities and the place additional engaging means . The cost of additional participants will be an additional individual package , in accordance with specifications .
Article 5 – Global Cancellation of the Event by the customer, after acceptance of the quote
Upon acceptance of the quotation by the customer, any global cancellation of the Event is subject to the following conditions:
If the cancellation request is communicated in writing to Wine Tasting In Paris no later than fifteen calendar days before the Event, the total amount of the deposit will be retained but may be used for a new event in the three months following the initial event, subject to availability of Wine Tasting in Paris .
If the cancellation request is communicated in writing to Wine Tasting In Paris after this date but no later than five calendar days before the Event, 50% of the amount of the deposit will be acquired as compensation for the cancellation late . The balance will be retained and can be reused for subsequent event in the three months following the initial Event , subject to the availability of Wine Tasting in Paris .
In both cases mentioned above , because they have reorganized the Event under the three-month period , the customer loses the right of the Event and the deposit or balance will be acquired Wine Tasting in Paris as damages for late cancellation. If the request for cancellation is communicated to Wine Tasting In Paris less than five calendar days before the Event, the entire deposit will be acquired Wine Tasting In Paris as damages for late cancellation.
Article 6 – No withdrawal
